Cancellation Policy

Due to the custom nature of my design services, I am not able to provide refunds after the design process has started. If you wish to cancel your order, please make sure to request a cancellation as soon as possible after booking, before the project begins. By signing my contract agreement, you agree to all the terms that are outlined.
